I would like to add my thoughts that the future of distance education is promising. There are many more opportunities for students and faculty than ever before. The online education arena is going to be more competitive and eventually reach a saturation. Not everyone is suited for online learning and I beleive there will be a need for onground programs. If anyone has some statistics that would be great. My estimate is that 50% of the adults taking courses will want to take them online.
